As Managing Director, Life Sciences, Camilla de Villiers oversees strategy, customer propositions, sales, and operations for Lionbridge Life Sciences. Her team is responsible for delivering high-quality, compliant global communications to leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, medical device manufacturers, and clinical research organizations.
Camilla has 20 years of experience working in strategy, product, commercial, business management, and operational roles in various industries and geographies. Prior to beginning her current post in November 2019, she served as Lionbridge’s Managing Director for APAC, responsible for regional business activities across all strategic verticals. Camilla previously served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific at HireRight, a leading provider of global background checks and employment verification services. She also spent 15 years at Thomson Reuters in strategic roles focused on the global financial services industry.
Based in London, Camilla holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.
